Congratulations to Patricia Jackson, community health worker with Advocate Aurora Health, who received the Community Health Advocate of Impact Award during the Black Health Matters summit on Feb. 27, 2021.

She is being honored “for building a culture of health that is sustainable through collaboration and partnership” through her work with the Partners in Faith & Health Network.
